Prior to founding Anant Droppers, Dhiren has worked as Senior Project Manager/ Business Analyst for financial services and buy-side clients such as J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group and UBS for large transformational programs.

Dhiren is also responsible for strategic client acquisition an product direction at Anant Droppers.

Dhiren Modi, CFA® charterholder, CFA Institute holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Shivaji University, India.

Pavan is chief of Finance and Business Operations at Anant Droppers. Pavan is responsible for leading global business operations overseeing finance strategy, accounting and controls, reporting, office management, and employee services. She also has a great passion for developing and leading insights developed from data. Prior to Anant Droppers, Pavan held senior data scientist roles at various Banks such as Credit Suisse and Fintech firms, including Mettle. Earlier in her career, she held insight development roles at Sainsbury’s and M&S.
